Les Ateliers, an amazing restaurant in Castre in France. Beautiful food, wonderful experience, amazing owner/chef, beautiful staff, quality service. Great place great customer service culture. We met the owner one Sunday about 13 months ago when the restaurant was closed and we were doing some laundry on a flying visit to our home in Bieysse. Fortunately we were invited by the owner to dine with his family that day an act of human kindness and an amazing inpromptu lunch! We went again one night last week un-announced and the experience was simply amazing once again. Well done guys we love the style the people the product and the place. Brilliant!

Deplorable service, 30 minutes of waiting to get the menu, between ordering aperitifs and serving desserts, the service lasts 3 hours!! In addition, the waiters are dilettante, they don't know the menu and don't remember the digestive ordered!! These sit on the furniture to take orders!! No presence, to believe that their reputation is up to par! Even at Mac Do we are better received!!

We came from Albi with my husband to spend the evening at the workshops last night and what a treat!
The service is impeccable and we particularly thank the waiter with a mustache who was really friendly, gave good advice and smiled! It’s clear that he enjoys his job!
I was a little apprehensive about spending the evening in this restaurant because it is located on the edge of Avenue du Sidobre which is very busy... But ultimately after 9 p.m. it was quiet.
We were placed on the terrace for our greatest pleasure.
Regarding the meal, from the aperitif to the dessert we really enjoyed it.
The plates are well prepared, pretty and tempting as soon as they are placed on the table.
Just a small downside for the seasoning of the monkfish tail which lacked a little pep but we told the waiter that. Nothing serious, the cooking was great!
Otherwise nothing to complain about. 👌🏼
The setting is great and we will come back very soon with friends, because we had a great time! 😁
